OHE Services are reasonable and affordable flat-rate fares. We are a Door-to-Door service at NO EXTRA COST. We provide transportation independence for your lifestyle, always with Dignity, Quality, and Respect, and Discretion. We offer many services, and are always willing to try to accommodate any need. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Doctor visits
Dining out (24/7)
Night driving
Opera / Symphony
Movies / Plays
Meet with friends
Picking up friends
Airport Drop / Pickup
Grocery shopping
Running errands

For our senior clients 55 years and better, also for those with a specific need, our drivers will greet them at their door to and from appointments. We also have an escort (second person) if parking is a problem, and the driver cannot leave his vehicle to escort our client.

PERSONALIZED SERVICES

For personalized services, please fill out the short information form on the left side of this page, and we will tailor your ride to accommodate your special needs.

The short information form must be completed prior to riding with us.
We ask to list 2 emergency contacts, just in case.
Some questions on our form involve the client's health issues.
We offer personal transportation. Other passengers are not allowed without client's consent.
After initial contact, the client is introduced to our drivers.
Clients will only be chauffeured by drivers he/she has been introduced to.
We would do our best to secure the same driver for the duration of their trip.
The environment of the ride is tailored to a client's liking (hot, cold, cool, warm, and even the radio station is tuned to their requested type of music.)

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate wheelchair bound clients. All of our clients must be able to rise from a portable wheelchair and enter into our vehicles.

DOOR-TO-DOOR ESCORT

How does it work?

We greet at the house front door
Escort to the waiting car
Escort into the Doctor's office or other location
Most of the time, a driver is secured for the trip duration
Escort from the Doctor's office, or other location to the car
Drive them home and escort back to the front door

All vehicles are clean and dependable 4 door sedans.
We have a non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles.
Some of our vehicles: SUV, Lincoln Town Car, and a 4 door sedan

RESERVATION INFORMATION

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Please provide a minimum of 6 hour advance notice to secure a reservation. Without a 6 hour notice, we cannot guarantee a reservation. However, we are sometimes able to accommodate last-minute requests, so give us a call: (808) 228-5443.

Please indicate which of the following 5 types of payment plans you will be utilizing on our information form.

Type 1 - Cash (pay as you go)
Type 2 - Credit Card on file (we only charge when you use our service)
Type 3 - 10-Pak (purchase 10 one-way trips at a small discount per-trip price)
Type 4 - 20-Pak (purchase 20 one-way trips for a much larger discount per-trip)
Type 5 - Monthly (pay monthly for bigger discount per-trip and much, much more)
